    The staff made my stay really good, going above and beyond, including surprising me with a beautifully decorated room for my daughter’s birthday. The views from the rooftop bar felt like paradise.

    Their rooms are always good-sized and brand-new with a bottle of red wine as well as drinking water. Have to say I greatly enjoyed sensational breakfast. The location is good, in the center. Pleasant and outstandingly accommodating staff ensures you spend a really amazing time here.

    Staff were excellent, very motivated and ready to serve in every way. Rooms were nicely appointed and quiet. Trump Panama will be a top hotel in the city in due time.

    Start-up issues delayed getting our room, but staff was most accommodating. Getting the kinks out is not easy, but everyone tried as hard as possible to make our stay very comfortable. Bravo !

    I stayed there several times in different rooms, the shower floors are not pitched towards the drain and the water stays on the floor even after 24hrs. Telephone answering is very bad. No one answers the phone even after 10 rings.

    Very Freindly staff Great health club Restaurant are great. The food is superb.

    Room AC would not get below 20C. Shops and Casino is not finished.

    A mixed bag of delights

    Waking up to amazing ocean views was magical. The staff's friendliness made even the little things enjoyable, and breakfast was an absolute highlight!

    The humidity in the room was quite off-putting, and be prepared for high costs. Everything seems to come with an extra fee, even the drinks by the pool.

    Great style, great ambiance and very efficient and friendly staff

    The pool is shaded from 11.30am so you need to get up early to use the pool and get a tan.
